Jessica Holcombe founded Holcombe Law Group to continue representing emerging and established companies in key aspects of their operations and strategic goals. Prior to founding the firm, Jessica was a senior corporate attorney with RMKB in Silicon Valley advising technology, clean energy, medical services, real estate and telecom companies on business formation, corporate governance, raising funding, equity plans, employment matters, contracts, mergers & acquisitions, ecommerce law, real estate transactions, securities exemptions, private placement memoranda, and IP licensing and protection. Jessica has represented both buyers and sellers in stock and asset purchase acquisitions including Trango’s acquisition by VMware, Inc. and the acquisition by ECA SA of Triton Imaging, Inc.

Prior to returning to Silicon Valley, Jessica was the first General Counsel for Boyett Petroleum, the largest fuel retailer and distributor in Northern California. Jessica advised management on corporate governance, risk management, commercial contracts, employment matters, regulatory compliance, real estate leasing and acquisitions, and document retention. Jessica also managed outside counsel on large litigation matters, particularly involving environmental claims, while conducting discovery in-house.

Jessica received her JD/MBA from the University of California, Davis and her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University. Jessica speaks German fluently and is a member of the California Bar, the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, and the Sacramento Regional Technology Alliance (SARTA).
